Student Records Are Strictly Protected
Victoria’s Academy of Cosmetology is required by law, to keep records of academic progress, practical performance. attendance, financial transactions, counseling and other facts as may be deemed necessary while a student is enrolled and for three (3) years after the student exits their program. Inquiries for this information are strictly protected. The student (parent or guardian if student is a minor) must give written consent to release any of the above information for each individual inquiry. A form for this is at all time available. However, if required by law or for accreditation purposes, this information may be released without written consent of the student, parent or guardian.
