We Accept But Do Not Solicit Transfers
Victoria’s Academy is more than willing to accept students transferring from other schools, however, the Academy does not, and will not recruit students already attending or enrolled at another school offering similar programs of study.
The following criteria apply to students wishing to transfer:
- Hours previously earned must be documented and certified by the forwarding school. Hours must be creditable according to Washington State WAC’s and RCW’s.
- Transfer
students will only be accepted
with 500 hours or less
after taking the Academy’s
freshman practical exam
at a cost of $100.00. A
score of 76% or better
must be achieved on the
exam in order to have all
creditable hours transferred.
If a score of less than
76% is achieved, only one
half of all creditable
hours will transfer.
Forfeiture of Exam Fee
In the case that a student wishing to transfer decides after taking the exam, not to attend Victoria’s Academy, they will forfeit the exam fee. Otherwise, the exam fee will be considered the students application fee.
Re-Enrollment
Students previously enrolled at Victoria’s Academy that are currently withdrawn are welcome to re-enroll, as long as proper procedures were followed when they withdrew.
